TERMS

PAYMENTS

-We accept PayPal, cashier's checks, USPS money orders, and personal checks.

-All personal checks must clear the bank before a gecko is put on hold/sold.

-Shipping will be arranged immediately after payment is cleared.

-since all geckos are sold on a "first-pay" basis, Paypal is preferred.

-When making payment thru Paypal our email adress is sales@oregongecko.com

HOLD POLICY

- We will hold geckos for up to 7 days pending payment.

-We will hold geckos for up 14 days with a 25% non-refundable deposit.

-We will hold geckos for up to 30 days with payment in full.

-We will hold geckos indefinitely with payment in full when shipping conditions are not optimum.

CANCELLATIONS

-Orders canceled after deposit or payment is received are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

SHIPPING

-Geckos are shipped UPS NEXT DAY AIR to the lower 48 States only, for a flat rate of $35.

-Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

-Heat/cold packs will be used when the weather warrants.

-UPS may not have overnight delivery to all cities, and/or have limitations to guarantee their services.

-We reserve the right to postpone shipping if the weather is not optimum.

-Shipping costs are not refundable.

GUARANTEE

-All geckos are guaranteed to be 100% healthy and feeding well at the time they are shipped.

-Since we have no guarantee of their care after arrival, our responsibility ends after delivery, we hold the right to review certain situations and will work to resolve certain issues.

-We guarantee that all geckos are accurately represented in their photos.

-We guarantee the geckos genetics.

-Live arrival is guaranteed under normal circumstances.

*EXCEPTION: Breeding age Males and Females my not be feeding like they should due to normal breeding behavior. This will be disclosed at time of sale.*

NOT GUARANTEED

-We cannot guarantee any gecko's personality or temperment.

-We cannot guarantee adult coloration of juvenile geckos.

-We cannot guarantee fertility of geckos, other than proven breeders.

CONDITIONS

-You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental permission to make purchases at Oregon Gecko.

-You must be available to take delivery of your gecko(s) on the pre-arranged date, time, and place.

-We cannot be held responsible for changes in the weather during shipment.

-We cannot be held responsible for carrier related issues.

-Refunds/exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
